Senator Turner’s phone rates bill, S.1880, passed 13 to zero in today’s Senate Budget Committee meeting. The Assembly version needs to be amended to include an 11 cent cap on domestic calling, and then the bills need to be voted on by both houses before going to the Governor’s desk!
